They picked Karlie up, and she was ready to come home the next day! The amount of care and concern that was shown to us from Imes was amazing. We are so grateful for Wendy and her staff. Thank you so much for helping us get Karlie home. ❤️❤️

We had and unexpected death with our cherished French Bulldog, Lottie. When asked what we wanted to do with her, there was only one option that gave me peace. I knew Wendi at Imes Funeral and Cremation would treat her with true kindness. She was returned to us in a beautiful wooden box, with ceramic paw prints and wildflowers to plant in her memory. Im sorry if you find yourself in this situation but I highly recommend their pet service if you do! Thank you Wendi for your compassion during our sad time!

This place and people....they are absolutely the best! I lost my dog of 14 years and knew I wanted to have her cremated. To say my heart was breaking and I was extremely emotional, is definitely an understatement. The morning she passed away, which was on an early Saturday morning, I called Imes and Wendy answered the call. She was so kind, patient, helpful, and understanding. She explained everything, which was very comforting. She even called me back and was able to meet me 2 hours earlier than we had initially scheduled. When we arrived to drop off my sweet girl, I really had a hard time leaving her, but Wendy made it a little easier because she was so compassionate. I am so thankful Imes offers this service. I will forever be grateful. Tuesday morning, I received a call, and they already had my sweet girl ready. When I went to pick her up, the lady that brought her out to me was so kind as well. She brought out a bag and the box turned out so beautiful, it has her name on it and her date of birth and death. It also included a certificate and a sweet card with a heart on it that you plant so wildflowers can grow. Pets are family, especially one that is with you for 14 years, are hard to lose. But no matter where I go, I can always have her with me. Thank you for being so kind and taking care of my Macey! Your kindness will never be forgotten.
